Yes, there are just 2 models of a Dometic (459530/B59530) out of over 60 models that can be run on a 15 amp breaker. BOTH do not list BTU size. They run on 11.1 amps (Hi /Cool). BUT, they also state a minimum of 12 gauge wiring. This is a special built for low power requirements. I have never seen one in operation. Usually they would be installed in RV's that are very small(30 amp only) and utilize a small(2.5k) genset. You can always find an exception, but the RULE is 20 amp breaker minimum. Doug
