check the fuses on the converter first. Might be ones on the back of converter. If good it could be bad charge section of converter, which can prob be bought separately rather than a whole new converter. I hav replaced many charging boards on campers that use WFCO converters, seems they are about $100. Here's a link to ebay sellers of these boards: clicky
