I dont think i have seen any dump valve with a different configuration of the seals / blade location or tolerances. The only thing i could suggest to try is to see about getting a new set of seals for the valve from the manufacturer or rv dealership parts dept. to help mitigate the issue. In any case good luck with your search, and dont let folks get to you on here.
