Is There a New More Efficient Solar Panel Coming?

Today I heard talk of a more efficient solar panel on the market now,.....to the tune of a 10 amp 100 watt panel. Is this possible ? Seems I remember such a thing was talked about here a while back. ...

AM Solar's 32 cell 100 watt panels are said to have 18% efficiency.
