Is There a New More Efficient Solar Panel Coming?

Today I heard talk of a more efficient solar panel on the market now,.....to the tune of a 10 amp 100 watt panel. Is this possible ? Seems I remember such a thing was talked about here a while back. ...

My dim LEDS claim to be 10 watts. Until I see things on a spec sheet that has a genuine telephone number and street address I will reserve my optimism.
