Is this something worth getting when a rig is in storage?

The Dewalt Mobile Lock looks like an interesting product. It got mentioned because a musician's truck got stolen, and due to the this device, it was recovered intact.

Of course, it will provide little help against break-ins, other than notifying that one is in progress... but it would be useful if the trailer is stolen, especially if it is mounted in a place where it can keep charged from the rig's batteries and solar system.
