Jensen tv-no volume

I have a 2012 Cedar Creek with a 42" tv in the living room. I have a great picture but no sound at all. I checked my other tv and it is working fine, I have tried the obvious solutions like shutting it off and turning it back on but no luck, any ideas out there?

    I have been in this unit since Halloween and have not changed anything,we have been parked in a park in Florida since Dec.

    Maybe there's a "mute" feature in the setup screen? Are you using external speakers or are they built in to the TV? On my trailer, the sound cables come from the TV into an entertainment control center so if I was have such a problem I would look there.
