No, it's not applicable. The current NFPA 58 code is the 2014 edition that has RV related LP installation and capacity requirements that every RV manufacturer is well aware of. In general, non-commercial carriage of LP containers in passenger carrying vehicles is limited to 200 gallons or less. Non-commercial non-passenger carrying vehicles (trailers) are limited to 300 gallons or less. No placards are required for non-commercial vehicles. Bridges and tunnels may have their own more restrictive rules of course.
