Doesn't matter what you plug your motorhome into as long as you do not exceed that amount of current draw. Plugging into a standard 15 amp outlet is perfectly safe when you store your motorhome at the house as long as you are just doing it just to run the battery charger/converter to keep the batteries good. If you intend to use it as a guest room, you need to get an outlet to match the RV's system (30 or 50 amp) installed. I really don't even like to turn my fridge on when plugged into a 15 amp outlet as that plus the converter is getting up there in draw (and generally you can't 'shut off' the inverter).
