Those are good guys, not a random Chi-bay item.
With a programmable charger if you need one, so that you could (and should) program it to limit the max charge.
Shrink-wrap, but plastic or aluminum case normally used on scooters and ebikes wouldn't add much weight.
I think drop-in 12V Li batteries are in their infancy. Don't see good chargers for 12V Li either.
