Just installed JT Strongarm Stabilizers - What a difference!

I just installed the JT Strongarm stabilizers on my fifth wheel. What a huge difference!

I couldn't install the rear scissor jack stabilizers as I was supposed to in the instructions because there was no I beam to run the brackets to, so I ran them to the main frame rails (parallel with the frame). I used a ratcheting cargo bar between the two rear scissor jacks to stabilize the side to side sway, and it works great.

I can't get any movement in the trailer now, probably the best investment in the trailer to date!

  • Good to hear. I have a box sitting in the garage waiting to be installed. Can't wait.
  • Fully agree. Same experience here.
For the rear I installed a section of 2"x2" square tubing across the rear of the trailer and bolted to the frame on each side. Attached the JTs to that tube.
