I never pull my batteries when parked at home. My batteries do just fine in freezing times if they are charged up up to begin with. I have one trailer plugged into my garage 120V 15A/20A house receptacle which keeps its batteries charged all the time.
My other trailer usually is just parked. Sometimes I do hook it up to the garage as well on a separate 120VAC 15A/20A house receptacle. I make sure the batteries are charged and then switch them completely OFF LINE. I will check them at least once a month to see how the charge is holding. If needed I will charge them again.
