Yes. They offered to help troubleshoot. BUT, it means I have to have access to the furnace which is not possible unless I can remove it. It is behind a grill, several inches below the refrigerator. It is not easily accessed or evident how to remove it.
In March I took it to Crestview RV in Georgetown, just before the warranty expired. They said they blew it out. We did not try the furnace until Dec. It is still going through the same problem. Now out of warranty.
