Is the dealer close enough to ask? Sometimes the switches aren't actually very close to where the lights are physically. Check along the hallway, or in the living area.
And make sure the bulbs aren't burned out. We couldn't figure out why the lights in our garage wouldn't come on. After we found the light switch, it was up near the ceiling, we discovered both bulbs were burned out.
