According to the KAW, the frequency remains between 59.9 and 60.1 between zero and nearly 4000 watts.

Hmmm. It appears that it may be hit or miss with the MSW inverters. Yours reads low, mine reads high and I've read that others are within the proper range. Perhaps it depends on the inverter.
