Kitchen Equipment

My son wants to set an old 1930's - 1950's 1.5 - 2 ton rack truck into a food truck with a wood burning pizza oven.

He plans on running a refrigerator, hot water heater, water pump, to support a three compartment sink.

Will it be possible to use 110v units powered by a gas generator mounted in a vented compartment mounted underneath the bed while driving?

He then would run off of a extension cord when at the location.

Would electrical appliances that are used in a building be able to function on a truck that drives back and forth to events?

Goods sources for equipment?
  • 110V AC Residential fridges are becoming more common in RVs now a days

110V AC water heater in RVs have been around for YEARS

110V AC water pumps are readily available.

Generators can easily be used to provide required AC power

MOST Food trucks use propane due to lack of on site AC power availability.
The whole idea behind food trucks was mobility
