Shouldn't be 'hitting the stops'.......that may be why your motor is struggling and blowing fuse.

Also note....
POWER OPERATION
Prior to operation, be sure battery is fully charged. Low voltage may result in damage to the electrical portion of the system
Check if that 25A fuse is correct size.
Our single motor legs uses a 30A.
