Perhaps not enough to make a difference for my intentions though.

Looking at a few different K type thermometers 2 or 4 inputs, in 25$ or less range, that have more function Min and Max temp ect, than my DMM, but the self shutdown feature is grinding my gears.
Would dig something that operated on 12v, and took a K type thermocouple and had a nice small digital display rather than a handheld.
