LCI Solera Awning loose on one side

I've read the service "manual" from lippert's site and didn't really get an answer.

When rolling up my Solera power awning, one side gets tight before the other. Is anyone aware of any kind of adjustment for this? Of note, rolling it up backwards (keep extending until it rolls back up) does help a little.

    I've looked at the awning tube to see if there's an equal amount showing on both sides, but I haven't checked the rail side. Thanks for the advice.

    Given that the motor side is loose, which way would I likely need to pull the rail side? Towards or away from the motor side?

    It sounds like it is not rolling up straight. Has it slid over to one side, where fastened to the rail? If straight, but not rolling even, may indicate a broken spring.
