Scales are everywhere. I use the truck scales along the highway to weigh my RV when they are "closed" (like on a Sunday) but they still work so you can read your weights on the display lights even though the office is closed. At least you can here.
The weights it should be under, are in the driver's doorway on a sticker or two.
With ours those are for the "incomplete truck" that Ford made that could have been turned into an ambulance or RV or whatever. Then the RV company added their part. Apparently in our case, they overdid it a bit for weight at the back. Ford had nothing to do with that--their doorway weight limits still stand for what they should be.
