Replace the RV faucet with any nice quality brand replacement you can find at Home Depot or Lowes. You will thank yourself after doing so.
Faucet mounting holes tend to be universal but you can remove your old one and measure before buying.
You can replace with another two handle or a more modern single handle and even add a sprayer!
Depending on the water terminations you may need to adapt things, sharkbite fittings work well with PEX lines in your RV. I also would recommend using flexible braided water line hoses if you do need to modify the water lines which makes it easy to work on in the future.
