And yes, the new wireing is for standard 120v. Just adding a new 30 amp breaker with correct wireing for the 30 amp MH plug. It will be dedicated to just the outside receptacle for the MH.

I think BFL was pointing out that even though you have a 120V 30A RV receptacle, not EVERY "electrician" understands or KNOWS to wire it with 120V.
Instead, it OFTEN gets miswired with 240V.
A 120V 30A RV receptacle LOOKS a lot like a 240V 30A DRIER RECEPTACLE.
YOU MUST CHECK the voltage on the receptacle BEFORE PLUGGING IN YOUR RV.
Check the breaker in the breaker box, it MUST be a SINGLE POLE breaker for 120V. If the electrician puts in a DOUBLE POLE breaker DO NOT plug your RV in.
