OP again. Mex, not so much the plus to plus remark, but getting to the positive thermal. Looks like would have to pull whole unit out to get to it. This is a Magnetek 6345 unit. No access from the rear. The flickering is very evident at any view. Sort of like a strob. The strip came out of Elkhart on ebay. 300mm 12v under cabinet light. All pics in the add show in a RV.
