M4 Products has a 921 type wedge base with wires that connects to a flat panel called a COB (chip on board not to be confused with CORN COB type, which is cylinder-shaped with leds placed like corn kernels)... very bright, very nice color, it gets REALLY HOT though, so stick it to the metal reflector plate that came with your fixture, rather than the plastic
