Every year a bill is introduced in the state legislature to evict Chicago from Illinois.

- nina_70ExplorerALL the Hong Kong LED's are made in mainland China...guaranteed. So there will be no difference. Some of the Hong Kong vendors are a little easier to deal with is all (I'm saying this as someone who grew up in Hong Kong).
