You do NOT state is Hydraulic or Electric. BUT, since it comes Down, I will bet it is Hydraulic. Most PG Hyd jacks have springs that pull them up. One thing novices do not realize is that some PG hyd jacks have INTERNAL springs and you cannot see the springs. IF you have ONLY 1 hose going to each jack, you have spring retraction. If you have 2 or 3 hoses going to each jack, you jave HYD UP retraction. If spring retraction the jack should/cannot extend by sitting since the spring holds it retracted. It takes hyd pressure to extend. Are you POSITIVE that jack has fully retracted when you have retracted? If pressure up and down, it takes Hyd pressure to keep the jacks retracted. That means that 1 jack the solenoid at the pump is seeping internally and when the pressure drops that jack comes down. It cannot really go any further without Pump pressure. Doug
