I think part of the problem is the choice of inverter. My Magnum doesn't alarm until a much lower voltage than my tiny 400 watt Canadian tire unit.
Not much cheaper for carbon foam when you have to buy 4 to get to 48 volts.
They are similar in weight to AGM or flooded jars.
Voltage sag is better than flooded and probably similar to AGM.

They have a sealed 110Ah 12V Grp 31 batt that's remarkably resistant to sulfation. Cheaper than Li-ion.
Not sure what the voltage sag is like at various SOC though.
Li-ion voltages are so stable, they're hard to beat on that.
