With my 12 V system, I set my Outback FM-60 as follows.
Bulk 14.4
Float 13.4 and I may set this lower.
I doubt that I will ever see it going to Float because the voltage should still be at about 13.5 or 13.6 at sunset.
I think it will be more interesting to see how Float and Rebulk interact. Try setting float very low and Rebulk to a value you like. All the info I have seen says to avoid floating LFP. So using Rebulk makes more sense to me.
