SiO2 may be discharged at 2.43 C continuous or 9 C for ten seconds iirc. This makes them ideal for running heavy draw items, such as a microwave.
Most LiFePo4 battery management systems limit discharge to 1 C
On the charging side, SiO2 are recommended to be charged at 0.25 C.
Most LiFePo4 may be charged at 1 C, unless the temperature is too low. Below that -4 f, charging promotes the formation of dendrites.
Standard lead acid are recommended to be charged at 0.125 C. Faster than that and the battery simply gasses. If it is not sealed, adding distilled water can be done.
