I have noticed this on the battery charts,none of them match any of my three batteries off the Victron shunt but what does match or very close to it,is 70% and 20/15%..The top percentages just don't work on my batteries but the lower(more important to me) do..
So moving my shunt from battery to battery I have learned where each one matches the chart and where making only a voltage meter necessary..Also the voltage meter and Renogy solar controllers only give voltage to the tenth,not one hundredth like the shunt for a better accuracy match.
I also wonder what effect a solar charge controller would have on longevity bouncing from say 75-90%(whatever that is,say 13.3V)..Lifepo4 has not been out long enough for on the job type longevity,just lab test..So who knows...With claims of 4000 cycles with 100% DOD with good cells,I guess it doesn't matter...
