Amazon has LED replacement available. I have tons of 100W equiv around my house and I'm happy with them.
Couple points though: All these LED 120V lamps have their own radiation pattern. Some cast higher percentage of the light upwards towards top of the bulb. Some bulbs are better for some applications that others. Sometimes you can tell by looking at the bulb sometimes you can't. Also in the 100W equivalent, check the rated lumen output. One so called equivalent can be quite a bit brighter than another.
Color temperature of typical home lighting is 2700-3000K
If it is a tightly enclosed fixture where the bulb is encapsulated sometimes LED are not suitable. Even though they don't run nearly as hot as an incandescent, the electronic parts including the emitting diodes are very sensitive to overheating. Not in a fire sense, in a longevity sense. Check the packaging/specs of the LED to see what recommendations are for using in enclosed fixture.
