I contacted Lippert a couple years ago and was told there is no repair kit for the Lippert cylinder, if I were you I would take it down to a hydraulic shop and they should be able to get the parts and rebuild it for you, this topic has been discussed before but know one that I know of has never reported back to the results, you may want to also check and be sure that the lines going into the top of the cylinder are not leaking, I have one at the moment that is seeping a little that needs tightening as others have had the same issue...
