Lippert Levelling leakdown

Anyone else have the issue of Lippert levelling system leaking down just enough to trigger the auto-retract whenever the parking brake is off (parked or driving). Cannot see any motion on any jack and I realize just a tiny internal leak will drop the retract pressure enough to start the pump again. This has been an issue with 2 sets of jacks (first set replaced under warranty for noise that the suggested anti-stiction fluids would not cure) so unless I happened to get another jack with a bad internal seal, I'm expecting the issue is somewhere on the pump and controller. Any suggestions on how to go about troubleshooting this intermittent problem? Should I just start by replacing the pressure sensing switch? As the light and alarm go out when the pump builds up pressure again, I'm thinking the switch is probably operating OK and the problem is at some internal valve.

~ 5 months in the shop. xtnd Warr. 1 rebuilt + 2 new jacks. still had a slow drop ~ no visible leakage. Sensors/switchs changed etc ~ etc.All under Lipperts direction for repair. Day before Warr died said they had it fixed. Waited til am to check ~~ Entire system froze.

Shop then began litany of what else could be done ~ ON MY DIME ~~ Told them to jerk the 'iron' off. Now doing well on 2x10x16" boards. Jacks stored in back shed wrapped in plastic.

1 Get a shop that knows what they are doing.
2 Take to REAL hydraulic shop.
3 Don't necessarily do exactly what Lippert says.

    JM2¢ ~~ YMMV

    Best of luck

NOTE!! have not returned to that repair facility ~ Tore up all of their cards. Kicker was that a couple of months later they called to ask if they could BUY one of our jacks. Not polite to tell you exactly what I told them ~ but I was one mad olde lady.
