We noticed the occasional smell of propane at the front of our trailer one day. Traced it to a small 1/16" diameter (weep?) hole in the small regulator on our secondary propane tank. It's hard to believe they can't design a regulator that won't leak propane like that when the diaphragm fails. On a trailer with enclosed propane tanks it wouldn't take long for propane to collect to deadly levels even with a small leak like that.
