Lite-craft lift system

I have an older lite-craft pop-up bed camper. It employs a lift sytstem that is a rubber belt with teeth and fasteners that hook to the lift arms. The fastners ride on two pieces of a grpahite rod to ensure smooth passage on the rails. One of the fasteners has lost it graphite rods. I have them, but for the life of me I can't can't get them inserted back in the fastner and then the fastner in the rails. I'm going to assume at the of assembly the whole lift system was put together and fastened en toto to the frame of the bed on which it resides. I can still lift the camper, but have to ensure I have one hand on the fastner and the other on the lift hand. Cubmersome. Anyone with ideas on how to fix or might have a lift system they're parting out? Pics attached.
