I get into the same situation every year before we head south for the winter. Everything that has been said is good, plus make sure you drain your hot water heater.
Leave your faucets open also and don't forget to flush the toilet to release the water in that line. We have a saying up north that you're allowed two days of freezing before major damage occurs.
