My feeling is you're fine. That would be one huge block of ice and you're really not going to be that cold for that long. It takes a lot of cold to freeze that much water.
What you need to worry about is the water lines and also the hot water heater since it is metal(no give) and would be expensive to replace.
My best guess is you'll be just fine if you did nothing, but why risk it. It really only takes a few minutes to drain a RV for these short term cold snaps. Winterizing for the long haul is another matter.
