Back to the original question, you should be OK if your storage areas or tanks are heated. Disconnect your water hose and run on your fresh tank. We did several consecutive days with highs in the teens and lows under 10 in Colorado this fall with no issue.
FL may be like AZ where the water bibs are not protected. In that case leave your fresh water hose connected, your gray tank open, and run a trickle of water in your sink all night. We've done that at 18 degrees in AZ with no problem.
