Looking for a 40 amp MPPT solar charge controller

Looking for a 40 amp MPPT solar charge controller with fully adjustable charge voltages and an input voltage of 80 or more. Something like the unit in the link would work. Use pull down menu for 40 am...

The actual item is not the $30 10 amp charge controller that you reference but the optional $184 40 amp charge controller in the pull down menu.

$30 is for the remote. The link is to 4 sizes of controller, 10a - 40a, 150v input, 9-17v adjustable.
