Looking for a 40 amp MPPT solar charge controller

Looking for a 40 amp MPPT solar charge controller with fully adjustable charge voltages and an input voltage of 80 or more. Something like the unit in the link would work. Use pull down menu for 40 am...

I'm seeing a range of 13% to 1% difference. It depends on how much wattage the panel outputs. Why do that?
