I have a Trimetric for that. And as far as i know, discharging/charging Li is all about voltage, or more specifically, upper and lower cell voltages. So it's a matter of shutting things down before either the LVC or HVC is reached.
I will take this answer is a no? And sence you brought it up ending amps and amp hour counting could be used to keep you out of the upper charging knee for day to day charging.
