Kill-a-watt does not make such a meter.
Now... If you are only interested in CURRENT then any of the RV surge guards with the proper socket adapters can do that for you THe ones with the LCD displays all show current far as I know Or you could put an HW-50C in front of the outlet.
IF you want to know watts.. Any standard watt meter (Google for em, there are dozens of different ones out there) will do the job.
