Looking for SMALL Scissor Jack for Under Steps

I have this sneaky feeling this is one of this (One Time) items that some guy made a few in his Garage and sold them but never marketed them.

I'm positive he had other products that he was selling in the (Big Tent) at Quartzsite..... I have searched and searched the internet with no luck all I find is Auto Scissor Jacks....... Oh Well.....
