I have pretty much the same setup as you are proposing. I have 3 Kyocera 135 watt panels wired to a combiner box on the roof and then 2 gauge wire to a Morningstar PWM 45 amp controller and then 2 gauge wire to the batteries. We use solar January through March in southern Arizona and have TVs and computer on all day and until about midnight. This year I added a Windy Nation 100 watt panel. We have no problem with charge from the panels, but we can only mount 3 Group 29 RV/Marine batteries. The batteries are our weak point. I will be moving the chassis battery so that we can mount 4 Trojan T-1275 and that should solve our problem.
