Sometimes the barrel connectors inside the MC4 will pull back due to strain on the wire. To test for this, temporarily remove the "Y" in your circuit and connect each panel singly.
You should be seeing higher amps unless there is a real problem with the sun--like it's exploded or an alien spaceship has just swallowed it.
Once you isolate the problem, you can push these things back into place and all will be well.
