Yes, you can see low amps like that.
Don't forget to "calibrate" the Solar30's voltage setting (not the displayed voltage, but the one you dial in)
Mine overshoots a little and so does Niner's. Set it to a voltage and when it gets the batteries up where their voltage stops rising then compare that battery voltage with what you set.
On mine, to get it to hold battery voltage at 14.8, I have to set 14.3. That 0.5 difference is fixed for all voltages so it is easy to allow for once you have the number.
One good thing with mine overshooting, is that the high limit for the setting is 15v, but that lets the batts get to 15.5 with mine, so it can do near equalizing level if I want to do that. (Sort of a free feature)
