I would not do anything except check the loads within the rig.
Turn off 120 volt electric water heater if equipped. See if voltage goes up.
Turn off one of the AC units and see if voltage goes up.
The low voltage was park and not rig related. Not what i wanted for 50A power.
I've stayed at this park before and was always suspicious of how the pedestal was wired. One pedestal with 30A and 50A shared by 2 adjacent sites. Those type of site arrangements always make me wonder if both plugs are adequately wired back to the distribution panel.
