Reducing the load should increase the pedestal voltage. Turning off only "one" AC unit may keep the rig cool and raise the voltage within limits. If you can tell which of the AC unit on is on the higher phase would or could increase even more. If you can read each phase then select the AC unit on the one with higher voltage.
