LP Detector 12v vs 120v Price ?
Why are 12v LP alarms $100 and a 120v "plug-in" type only $20 ???? You need a 12v one for an RV unless your inverter is always on, but it can't be that much more difficult to make one that needs 12...

Remember that those old CCI Control propane detectors also controlled a shutoff solenoid for the propane. If that CCI goes totally toes up it will shut off your solenoid leaving you w/o propane. If you replace the CCI detector chances are your going to have to remove the existing solenoid. Some people have had luck restoring CCI propane detection by using hair dryer on the unit.
