You guys are stuck with those damm Phillips screws, sucks to be you. Anyway, I thought the story was that Ford wanted to buy the patent for Robertson a long time ago and wouldn't grease the palm very well and decided to go with Phillips instead. We buy all the square tips at Home Depot, Lowes or any other hardware store. A lot come embedded in the hex shank that fits into most of the smaller electric screwdrivers or electric impact guns. You can also get them for 1/4 and 3/8 ratchet drives. You can also drool here
